The hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help. the room was clean and comfortable, and the view from the window was amazing.
There was no hot water during our whole stay, and the heating system was not working properly.

The staff at Western Suites was friendly and resolved any issues I had promptly. The hotel is modern and the pictures online were accurate. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel for its overall positive experience.

The location of the hotel is just perfect for a city trip, with everything within a walking distance. The staff was very friendly and approachable, always trying to help with their tips. I loved the breakfast, it was very varied and tasty, with many options for different tastes. The rooms are very functional, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Another thing worth mentioning is the fantastic view from the room.
Although the rooms were clean, the soundproofing was not very good. I could hear noise from the outside and from other guests in the hotel.

The hotel's location is convenient as there are plenty of dining options around. the receptionists are polite and the lobby looks presentable. this isn't enough to compensate for the numerous issues we experienced.
Our room did not have hot water throughout our 3-night stay, despite informing the hotel staff multiple times. the poor Wi-Fi connection and lack of cleaning service were also unacceptable.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it was close to the city center, making it easy for us to explore the area. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and soundproofed rooms ensuring our comfort. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with any request. Additionally, the free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added to the overall comfort of our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
